My name is Dhirendra, and I’m excited to start my journey into the world of Information Technology. For the past few years, I’ve had a break from my studies, but I’m now back on track and working towards getting my degree. I know it is not easy but my passion for technology will help me to drive back and focus on building a successful career in IT.

One of the areas of IT is that I am truly interested in networking. The idea of connecting systems, securing data and smooth communication with networks make me excited. I’m eager to learn more and become proficient in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting networks.

Network monitoring means watching the network to make sure it is working well. It helps us find problems early, like the slow internet, broken connections, or high traffic. It also helps in checking the health of devices like routers, switches, and servers. SNMP stands for Simple Network Management Protocol. It is a tool that helps in monitoring and managing devices on a network. SNMP collects data from network devices and sends it to a central system. This system shows what is happening on the network. For example, if a router is getting too hot or using too much memory, SNMP can alert the admin to act. IPv6 means Internet Protocol version 6. It is the latest version of the system that helps devices talk to each other over the internet. Before IPv6, we used IPv4. IPv4 has 32-bit addresses, which gives around 4.3 billion IP addresses. But now, we use many devices like phones, computers, and smart gadgets, so we are running out of IPv4 addresses.
